What we have been doing

Emily:
I have been really busy lately... My parents decided to get the house that I put up with all those home-made virtual tours.... I am really excited because it is SO close!!! (well, i guess anything in the mainland is closer than HAWAII) but this home is seriously about 5 minutes away from me!!!! WOO HOO!!!
MOM (&dad) I AM SO EXCITED FOR YOU TO MOVE CLOSE TO ME!
but let me just say that the whole home buying process is exhausting, and even though I am not the one purchasing the home, i am WORN OUT!

I have also been busy at the school decorating...

Joe:
He has had a lot of fun lately. Last weekend (while my mom was here) he took Aaron to the CRAFTSMAN TRUCK SERIES at Texas Motor Speedway. On his way there, he got into a 'little' accident (in my truck of course) and so now i am driving around a 'little' rental car...

something makes me think we are becoming TX WT!!!!
He also took Aaron to the TCU game that Saturday...

then he headed up to Provo on Thursday to watch the BYU/TCU game with his brother. SERIOUSLY, he is the luckiest guy on the planet. I wish i could have gone to that one.

Aaron:
He played in the SUPERBOWL and WON! (his little flag football league)

Charity:
She learned how to ride a 2 wheeler all by herself. We bribed her with a barbie, so ever since, we have been listening to the Barbie Island Princess sing all the songs... fun times - hope it runs out of battery soon???

Nate:
He is really cute... but his life isnt really exciting yet.

HI! Just caught up on all your last posts! What a busy life...I felt all your pain with your ER visits. I am glad that Nate is ok with the splinter in his throught and that the quarter went down ok..45 min in the Er is amazing, I think you set a record! I am so excited that your parents are moving close to you! That is so fun! The halloween pictures are so cute too! Hope you have a less crazy week this week.

I am so jealous your Mom will live only 5 minutes away. My Mom is 3 1/2 hours away and it would be really nice to just pop over for a visit and not have it be a major, all-weekend event. I'm off to pout by myself!

Mo, I am so excited for your parents to be close too!!! :) Yay for Charity with two wheels! BTW Who cares if you are turning WT as long as you are having fun right? Once you get some lawn ornaments though, I will probably help you draw the line there!

How exciting that your mom is going to live so close, that will be so fun for you and especially for your kids. I know Sydney LOVES to have my parents close by, they're her best buddies to play with! Not to mention they're always good for spoiling her so we don't have to! :)

That is way cool about your parents! (green with envy)

Whooohooo for Charity learning to ride a bike!

We have been wondering if Honor is old enough for going sans training wheels! I guess she is if Charity is doing it too!

The house looks awesome from what you showed...will you be in the same ward too?

P.S. Remember Feast this Thursday & we gotta bring in our food Tuesday.

Not that you guys care, but those blurs on the track behind Aaron's right side are cars going by at 180+ MPH. I still can't get over how loud these things are.

Emily, sorry about crashing the truck, but at least I didn't let it ruin our night.

Hurray! I'm so excited your mom will be close to you and your family. There is nothing better than having grandparents close by. Especially if it is your MOM!!

how lucky is Joe for being able to make it to the BYU game. Just curious, does he approve of Max Hall thus far?
